"One star for being expensive. This is not a reflection of the employees - they are great. I know management likes to blame poor reviews on customer service, but this is not it. It’s the chain itself. Overpriced!!! My goodness. The sodas are the same price as a 2 liter from the grocery store. I told my kids we will get snacks elsewhere. Also, here is a pic from the sister store - just a reminder that this is a CONVENIENCE STORE… and/or a gas station!!! I can only imagine what went on here… some exhausted lady of the night decided to remove her eyelashes and leave them on a table after an exhausting night. My children saw this and said, “Look ma! Nicki Minaj’s eyelashes!” Gave me the heebie jeebies. Reminded me of the convenience stores in Florida! Yuck. We overpay for this, folks! Yikes. Get over yourself, Royal Farms. Chicken Palooza… yuck. I don’t even want your free chicken for a year or your neon lights t-shirts with disco balls. Talk about misreading a room… I asked an employee if people were complaining about the cost. She said, “Everywhere’s expensive.” No, not this expensive… are people complaining though? That’s what I want to know! Well, this lady is complaining!!"
