CVS

"Called early morning to get script filled. Got notification and spoke with rep in pharm that sats it will be ready by 3 pm as I needed the medication same day. Called at 3 pm to confirm ready. Another pharm rep says not in stock, not ready and generic is twice as much. Told me another cvs has. Called, they lied the other cvs did not have it either. This cvs is horrendous. Go to walgreens. The staff the worked on 1/8/24 in pharm needs to be taught how to actually do their jobs."

"So I sent out a camera from vacation and was warned that it would take 3 weeks to come back…. Fine, at least I was warned. 6 weeks later… I’m told it’s still not back. No… apparently it had been back for weeks and they filed it wrong, but no CD. After waiting in the store an hour, still no progress on the CD. I’m told I can come back for it. I come back today… no CD. I have now waited over 2.5 months for vacation photos and no one seems to have anything handled here. Thanks for the lost memories and hours of wasted time guys. Don’t bother bringing your photos here, they can’t be bothered."

"If you want to pick up your prescription. GOOD LUCK! Their "IT issues" will leave you without your medication because their system doesn't communicate properly with electronic prescriptions. CVS pharmacist confirmed that "sometimes they never get the script." It's EXHAUSTING. I've spent HOURS trying to get my prescription filled because of their IT problem. FIX THE ISSUE! I see your systems haven't improved over the last 10 years that I recently boycotted you. This will be the LAST prescription you fill."

"It's good for prescriptions, because of price and drive- thru, but that's about it. The rest of the store is overpriced, especially considering there's competition right across the highway. There's not even an aisle with paperbacks and puzzlebooks. What kind of drugstore doesn't have that?! Very disappointing."

"This new CVS store is a great addition to the area. The store store has a good layout, many items to choose from, a pharmacy and a pleasant staff. I also really liked how well decorated it was during the Holiday season. Everywhere I looked I can see a Santa which made the store feel very cheerful too."
