Sexy Nails

"When my hands were placed in water, the water was cold. Every other nail salon uses warm water. We, as customers prefer warm water hand soaks. This just set the tone for what was to come.Then the older lady with glasses uses the clipper and cuts my cuticle. I said, I think you just cut me and she said “oh sorry.” I know it’s just a cuticle but it hurt. So blood begins to flow and she says “oh sorry,” and applies a green liquid on top of the blood, which only further burns into my open wound. At this point, instead of applying direct pressure to make the bleeding stop,, she continues applying the gel to my other nails. When my nails were finished, I go up to the cashier, put my hand up on the counter and my cuticle is still bleeding! She was going to charge me $31 but charged me $25.How can you even charge for this kind of service???? Unbelievable!!!! I will NEVER return to this Salon, which is sad because I’ve heard good things about them prior to being a customer!"

"First time here and the 4.5 star review should really be at 5! Lynn did my nails. A classic French tip but the best I’ve had ever. Also got a beautiful pedicure. Would 1000% recommend."

"The worst experience ever with my nails. I just moved from queens ny and it was my very first time there. The owner’s daughter did my nails and was very inexperienced. I should have known there was problem when she was having such a hard time taking off my previous powder from my last fill in. Lan did a great job with pedicure but only after telling her cut down my cuticles. I got my nails done on Saturday and by Monday my nails started chipping and now i have to spend more money to redo my powder gel polish. My gel powder usually last 3/4 weeks and this one less than a week. I deserve a full refund but when i called to complain the owner offered to fix but i just dont trust them at this point. You should not allow your daughter to practice on paying customers its to expensive and a waste of time! Do better!!!"
