Nail Splash

"They left the nail polish that got onto my skin and left them looking crusty so now I have my nails freshly done and they look terrible. Told me it’s $10 to clean it up when it was only $8 for my sister to get her nails painted. Didn’t tell me until after they were done to say it’s an extra charge. If I would’ve known it was extra I would’ve went somewhere else! I called back to tell them how unsatisfied I was and she said she would clean them up for me I drove all the way back for her to look at my nails told me to wait for her to be done got the lady who did my nails to fix them and told me it’s $10 after the owner telling me she would clean them up for me no charge. Seriously don’t go here I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!! UNSATISFIED!!!!!!"

"Don’t bring let your teenager go by themselves. They overcharge and do a 10min pedicure for the overcharged price. The owner is very disrespectful and rude when addressed she didn’t acknowledge or apologize. I was very upset with her and the way she handled the situation as a business owner.I don’t recommend this nail salon ."

"This was my second visit. Somehow my fill cost more today than my first visit. On my first visit I had 2 broken nails. This time I had no fixes needed. She didn’t speak to me at all but she spoke to the girl next to me and there was obviously some sort of issue because I have a pink toned acrylic overlay on my natural nails. Not sure what the big deal was but I felt uncomfortable. Part of my thumb is missing acrylic because she didn’t load enough on the brush and it’s uneven now. I picked a glitter red but she didn’t put enough polish on for it to be opaque so you can see my nail through it. Really not worth the $40. I had one of the gentleman the first time. He was lovely. I think hes the owner or manager. I get it. You guys are busy and rushing but I needed a new salon since I just moved here and this experience will make me look elsewhere. I’m going to have to get them redone somewhere else which is disappointing."

"I went there to get my nails done before graduation. Asked for a simple design all white with 2 nails having curved lines he said he could do it and messed it up completely. All I wanted was a refill and new nails because some of them came off and were lifting. I had coffin nails before and they looked good and this refill I got was horrible. The nails are not shaped good. They are super thick and not shaped at all. He had to fix many times when the nails were done because they were not shaped good. He messed up the nail polish since he had to drill it again and fill it. By doing this it took off some of the paint so he put more paint but since my nails were completely done you can tell it was repainted and looks very bad. The thickness on some of my nails are bad and since they are not shaped just look super thick and ugly. If I could this place would get zero and negative stars. Please stay away and find somewhere better!"
