LCN Nails

"Horrible experience, I’ve recently moved to the community and was treated poorly due to my interest in inquiring about why cuticle maintenance was not included in my nail service. The male tech had gotten very nasty and walked over and dropped his nail set on the table and asked me if I wanted quantity or quality. He proceeded to ask about how much I make an hour and if I wanted to be paid less for my worth. I’ve been to nail salons that charge a little less and the quality was was 10x better. I’m sure he racial profiled me, and created an assumption that I was cheap. I even explained to him, once before that my nails chipped off the day after getting them done. However, since he appeared to be kind, I extended grace and returned to the shop. He then proceeded to be prideful when brought to his attention and recommended a more expensive service stating that it would last longer instead of taking accountability for his rushed services. Moral of the story is his services and his character is poor."

"Seemed bothered when I came in for a pedicure. Made me feel uncomfortable. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Pedicure was ok. Kind of sloppy polish job. Won’t be back."

"Had the powder done on my nails and it was terrible! When the nail got dipped in the powder a part got ruined and wasn’t even buffed out correctly, two of my nails ended up cracking. I was going to Florida the next day so I had to make a nail appt where I was staying to get it fixed!! You pay all this money for your nails to look perfect not to crack in a day or two and look sloppy"

"gave the woman a reference photo to work off of and what i got looked nothing like it. i showed her a photo of long, coffin nails and received short nails of a square shape. i just can’t understand how you can fail so badly at giving the customer what they want. the nails are of quality, but they just do not look ANYTHING like what i asked for. even when i went back to have them redone, i was given a hard time and was told that the nail artist could “make them longer”... how can you do that without removing the original tips?? i instead opted to go elsewhere. i will NOT be back."
