Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel

"We did a staycation here in late December, and we loved it! This is a very nice, and newly pet-friendly hotel. We frequently do staycations in Baltimore, and we’ve added this to our list of hotels to visit. Very nice staff with excellent service, paid parking onsite, and the hotel is in a great location! Our room was clean and very nice. We had a great view of the lobby/dining area, and it was easy to access the inner harbor from where the hotel is located. We will definitely be back for another visit this year!"

"Great beautiful view. Comfortable big beds. Clean beautiful rooms. Got a lounge on the floor. Great restaurant to eat and dine at. I went for my birthday and it was the best night of my life. Definitely a night to remember. Thanks Renaissance"

"This place is trying but doesn't quite hit the mark. First off, the rooms were clean and functional so that's always a plus. In addition, the staff were super friendly. The lobby was clean and looked updated. The location offers a shuttle to nearby tourist spots but it's also just a ten minute Uber ride. The part that's a bit lacking starts with the furniture in the room being outdated and dinged up. Very small TVs. The fixtures in the bathroom were worn (but in working order). The pillows and mattress were not comfortable at all. Luckily, I only stayed one night, but I would definitely not recommend staying longer than that. Breakfast was not included, but the restaurant within the hotel wasn't bad. I got the avocado toast which was basic in taste but had great presentation. I added the smoked salmon on top of it and have never had tasteless smoked salmon before. I guess there's a first for everything. Server was great though."

"This Establishment is Poorly Run . The Front desk employees are not courteous at all. The Manager Doesn’t seem to be much better . . I’m here on a holiday weekend and I can see why the hotel is fairly empty, I wish I had read the reviews. I’m always extra pleasant when checking into a hotel , from the moment I arrived it was nothing but poor service and bad attitudes . Calling Customer Service is useless , they will basically tell you to refer back to the hotel . Which totally defeats the purpose . So sad to see you can’t get any real help especially when they have your money prepaid . . Avoid this hotel at all costs if you can help it . Piss poor service across the board ."

"The room didn't have some of the things all hotel rooms have. Toiletries, laundry bag, plush towels, bathroom floor mat. It was very comfortable and has a convenient little store for snacks and necessities. Our top floor room view was of a parking garage, so that wasn't too appealing."
