"The pharmacy is the absolute worst!! 1.Refills through the app aren't ready for atleast 7 days. 2. Always short staffed. 3. Makes excuses for prescription not being ready as promised or in a timely manner. Today's excuse, "it's the day before Thanksgiving, we're very busy." Faxt of the matter is, there's always a problem here, not just the day before Thanksgiving. They don't respect their customers time. I don't want to hear excuses or an apology, I want my prescription to be ready when I arrive. ZERO STARS!"

All I wanted to do was ask them if they had any Birchwood left, was trying to stop to get some firewood to light up my fire piT.... so what I'm going to do is bypass this giant and go elsewhere.. so now I'm on my third attempt still no answer Giant Supermarket y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.. or put someone in customer service who can multitask."

"A few days ago, I visited Giant to pick up some essential (yet forgotten) items for dinner. As I was navigating my way through the isles, I found that this specific location was more orderly compared to others I have visited in the past. My shopping experience was very pleasurable as I found no disruptions and reasonable prices! However, the real cherry on top of my shopping expedition was the very excellent guide named Trevor. I was facing some confusion while checking out apples at the self-checkout. However, Trevor noticed my uncertainty and immediately came over to offer his assistance. Naturally, I am a very introverted person so I was scared to ask for help; thankfully, he was able to get me squared away with enthusiasm and compassion when it came to the daunting self checkout! After he cleared my confusion, he asked if I needed anything else and made conversation which not many people do. Now-a-days, it is challenging to come across employees who are efficient, humble, and kind. I will now be a regular costumer due to Trevor’s excellent service!!"
