"I’m giving this a one star for the simple reason that my 16 year old daughter got her nails done on Friday. she walked in and originally asked for a basic set which was quoted at $40. while sitting in the chair She showed the technician a design and asked if he could do this. He did not discuss a price and just told her that he could do the design. now my daughter has a social anxiety disorder, which is diagnosed and she does go to a specially school for. so her communication is not the best. when the nails were done they told her $110. My dad was there thank goodness to cover this price. What if he wasnt or what if he simply did not have it. being that she’s a minor, yes I do understand that teenagers get there nails done all the time, but there technically can not be a binding contract with someone under 18. there was no price discussed upfront with my daughter nor my father. I think this is very unfair. Prices should be told from the very beginning. My dad also went up there and at least try to get part of the money back he offered to meet the owner in the middle. She had first said she that was ok Over the phone. once he got to the establishment she changed her mind and said no."

"Lin did an awesome job. She was friendly, attentive, and quick but not sloppy. She had me in and out in 40 minutes for a uv gel refill. Thanks Lin! I have gone back 2x now and have had a great experience both times. I did have a gentleman help me today and he did not do as well of a job as Lin, unfortunately. Still happy with the quick service though. I'll be back!"

"I had the older lady with short hair. I wanted a new set and had to remove the old set first. Instead of drilling them down and soaking them in acetone first, she immediately started ripping the old set off with cuticle cutters. She ripped off half of my real nail and it started bleeding in the salon. After that, she said sorry and removed the rest of my nails the proper way (drill and soak) and there was no pain or bleeding. If she had just taken her time and done it the right way from the start, I wouldn’t have gotten hurt. She was in a rush because they always book multiple people for the same time slot. I told her to just give me a bandaid and put gel on the rest of my nails. Really upset I got hurt… it could have been prevented if she did it the right way instead of doing the fast way."
