"I just went there and my nails are not at all what I asked for. I now have to spend more money to have them removed because they are so bad I will not leave them as is after leaving the salon."
"I went to get a pedicure today and I left more stressed than when I got there. She rushed through the entire process and when it came time to do the scrub, she poured it on and rinsed it of without rubbing it in like you would with a scrub. I have some cuticles sticking out that should have been trimmed. Super unprofessional and id probably do a better job myself at home."
"I went in recently to get a gel pedicure. I had been here before and had a good experience. My most recent visit, however, wasn't as a great as before. The nail tech consistently tried to up-sell me on spa pedicure packages and a "calming scent" that would be added to the water (only for $10!). I told her a few times that I just wanted a regular gel pedi, but she continued to ask if I wanted to upgrade. She also cut my toe while trimming my nails, which was painful, and still is. I don't know if I will try this salon again or recommend it to others."
