"Absolutely disgusting! Appears to be a hotel where homeless people live as many rooms have shopping carts outside. Checked into a room at midnight on Thanksgiving. The rooms light didn’t work but with our phone lights we could see a grungy looking bed, 2 mismatched rolling desk chairs that looked like they were trash picked and a dirty floor. DO NOT COME HERE!!!"

"I have stayed here there probably around 250-300 times because my hubby and I have been living I separate houses right now. It's not prettiest and great place to stay about 8 or 9 months ago we had rooms that has always had bed bugs in a lot of the rooms we got and then wh we I asked for a refund because we tried to sleep in chairs all night I was told no. We had rooms that the TV didn't pick up any channels for the 3 days we stayed there one time and they wouldn't do anythingbir moce us to another room another ac was broke another room had no towels no nothing. But im almost positive it has new owner because they have been redo all of the rooms and no more bed bugs. We has been great lately."

"This place is disgusting. My partner and I came here for a few days a month or so ago, there's either scabies or mites of some sort all through out the property. I have been trying to get ahold of the owner for over a month now but everytime I call I get hung up on. I have lost my home, and almost everything I own because of this musty motel. I suggest the owner contact me immediately to avoid legal persuit. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"

"Room 191 for those staying here. Killed multiple roaches mere seconds into being in the room. Room smelt musty, didn’t even sit in the beds. Staff didn’t seem like they really cared either. Promptly left. Took longer to check in then it did to kill the roaches."

"There was NO hot water. After traveling ALL DAY and NIGHT, we crashed into bed. Then got up to shower. The lady, grungy looking fake care, asked if we wanted a shower. Absolutely not. She then said, "I can't offer a refund or otherwise, because you're leaving and the owner isn't here. I told the guy last night to tell everyone we didn't have hot water!" Like it was a counter worker's fault. I have know what this means. It means: "I'm pretending to care what you say, but I don't. I'm going to blame it on third shift, because you're from out of state. I'll offer to take down your details in hopes you don't act like a Karen when you actually deserve it, then we'll laugh about you as you suffered with us." My generation knows better. I wanted to take the L, but I had to pay another hotel to let me use a room myself and my partner just to shower work actual hot water. I'm very upset. 0/10 do not go here."
