"Went in with my daughter's to get our nails done for my younger daughter's graduation. The service was slow. I had to wait, which wouldn't have bothered me if the work was right. It wasn't. At all. The PEDICURE was rushed and weak. The acrylic lay, was lumpy and bumpy. When we said something about the acrylic, they said they put it on thick to hold the tips down. Was not pleased at all, but Paid for the service and politely left. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. POOR QUALITY WORK, HIGH PRICES."

"They're very nice but... I had a full set put on for an upcoming baby shower. Not 4 days later they all started popping off. So, I went back to have them filled and replaced the missing ones. Only to have them popping off in the next 6 days! I wear gloves to wash dishes and am quite gentle with my nails. In all my life, never have I ever experienced this. Honestly! I will not return. Shame, they are very nice."

"These ladies are great. When you come they are genuinely interested in you. They want to know about you and talk to you. When you return they remember you and follow up on what was discussed last time even if it has been months in between. I have known these women for the past 8 years and they do good work, which is why I would go back in the first place. But the genuine care they give to their customers goes even further."

"This was my go to place just bc it was close to my house. My last few times I went was terrible the girl cut my finger twice in the same spot and did nothing. No cleaning, didn't ask if I was ok, nothing keep going and I said um my cut needs to be clean and she did nothing once again. I didn't go back for over 2 months and I went back and saw the older lady. So nice she did a great job. But as I'm watching everything they use not one is in anything to clean them. And they never have an answer or won't ever use a new tool when asked. Well I've been getting my nails done for years. I'm a hairstylist so I no what should be going on how to clean tools and you always use news on each client. Well a week later my one nail lifted and I lifted it alittle more bc I saw something. Well there it was. Fungus. I was so angry. Very upset at the fact that I no this has happen to other people and yet they still won't use new tools when they should. This isn't a bad place to go they need to learn to clean their tools and/or always use new tools on every person."
