"My relationship with seasons started off sweet but ended up bitter. Be very careful. They hosted me and my wife on an anniversary dinner and it was great so we also did a birthday dinner. Also great. They hosted our son’s baby shower which had few hiccups but still not bad. Last October I contacted Jen again about another anniversary dinner. There was a wedding the day of our anniversary so we booked the day before. Paid in full that evening. Some disappointing circumstances on their end with the wedding booked the day after our booking and our anniversary dinner was canceled on us the day before. Originally was going to work something out with them another time but after an attempt to do so with no response back I asked to get refunded. After about two months of some back and forth as to why my refund wasn’t showing up I am now getting completely ignored. To sum up, I paid them for a service they cancelled on us the day before and they have never given me my money back. And I was a repeat customer. Don’t trust them! They stole $463.25 from me"

"We had our wedding here and it was amazing. From the start we have felt welcome and every detail was perfect. They didn’t forget anything, they made sure everything was what we wanted. They go above and beyond to make a wedding so special. The food was great as well, they even did my wife’s family recipe. These people are nothing but amazing. I can’t wait to come back and have other events here."

"We hosted our Class reunion at Seasons. The grounds were beautiful and a a great size to have several areas for different experiences such as tables to sit and eat, dance floor, bar and mangling, yard games, raffle and donation area, photo booth. It allowed everyone to be comfortable and mingle and really have a nice time. I also loved that I was able to explore the decor the venue owns to cut down significantly on the money needed to be spent and still have a beautiful set up. The only items we provided were the owls. All other items were available from the venue to use. I also showed a few inspiration photos and they did they rest. The venue was beautifully decorated and I did not have to lift a finger. What a treat. I was also kind of difficult requesting 2 specialty drinks one of which was not the easiest to make. They had no problem making sure they would happen. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was great and I was grateful to not have to stress about the set up or take down of anything."

"PLEASE PLEASE READ EVERYTHING I know it's long but it will save you time, money and heartache. This venue is a lie, they will rob you. They are disorganized and have no regard for people’s hard earned money & time. We booked our wedding with them in May of 2022 to get married in October of 2023, leaving more than a year of planning. I did everything on my part to ensure everything was done on time and I expected the same from Jenifer and her “staff”. Through the year she would take days to answer any questions and that only changed a month or two before the wedding. Jennifer and her employees failed miserably and ruined our wedding. She sold another wedding on that same day without ever discussing with us or telling us. She had little to no employees to cover both weddings & kept lying to me throughout the morning when I found out saying that I wouldn’t even notice the other wedding party and they’d be gone by the time it was time for my ceremony knowing the entire time, she had booked their ceremony and reception on the same grounds. The other party never left. She lied to me and my husband numerous times & specifically told us we’d have the entire venue to ourselves and I know for a fact that she sold the other wedding after I had already paid for mine. None of the decoration was set on time, she started decorating at 12pm on the actual wedding date. They were still decorating when my guests began arriving. Had she only booked my wedding as she promised, the 4 people inside would’ve had more time to decorate for my wedding. Instead they had to decorate for the other wedding first & still had some of their decor up when my guests began to arrive. A lot of the events in our carefully planned itinerary never happened. There was no tossing of the bouquet, no toast, there were no staff to greet my guests. Not only was there no one when my guest arrived, they started my wedding a whole hour late because of the other wedding. They left my guest out in the cold with no directions. They never served any of the appetizers, or drinks for cocktail hour. They changed my DJ at the last minute and gave me a man with no experience, who clearly didn’t know how to read a room when the dance floor was empty, and who had no idea of our schedule. The DJ I had booked was at the other wedding and decided to show up at mine when everyone was almost gone. We didn't have our first dance like we planned. One of the worst & most embarrassing things is that more than half of my guests left because it was 7pm and no one had eaten or had a sip of water. We had to actually take a moment and apologize to our guests that remained for the chaos and confused they had endured. We finally took it upon ourselves to serve the cake and by that time most of my guests were gone and her employees ended up eating the rest of our cake. I wish I had canceled my wedding when I asked her about the previous reviews (read them). The other negative reviews are NOT LYING. If you ask Jennifer about them and mine she will blame me and my husband and anyone but herself but the truth is that she is not responsible, she does not have nearly enough employees to hold the large weddings she books and no work ethic. She is hard to reach and always has personal problems going on. She will give you any excuse, just so you can stay. I am telling you, cancel your wedding and find another place. It looks like they choose who they want to provide a nice wedding for and who they want to discriminate and toss to the side. While the other bride was having everything one pays for on their wedding day, me and my husband were left with 2 employees and a kid. Jennifer was no where to be found. I have no words to describe the immense pain these people have caused us. They ruined a once in a life time memory. An event that I can never get back. These are people’s lives that they're messing with and then they just ignore you when you ask for explanation or your money back. I can help at least one couple not make a huge mistake by booking this awful place."

"It was everything we could have asked for and more! Even though it rained on our wedding day (10/14), there were no tears other than happy ones. Everyone had a wonderful evening and the staff quickly accommodated our needs for tents outside for extra space. The evening was delightful and the manor was beautiful. I just want to give a special thank you to the staff and owners of Seasons at Magnolia Manor, our wedding day was a dream come true."
