"The man who answers the phone and works behind the desk isn’t the nicest when he doesn’t understand what you are asking for. Called this morning for a couples massage and facials he told me they couldn’t do a couples massage today because they only had one massage therapist today. No problem. I called back then asking if we could do alternating facials and massages (meaning I get a massage while my husband get the facials and vice versus). The man tells me they can’t do the facials and massages in the same room. Of course they can’t…I never asked for that. I asked for alternating services. Then he decided to raise his voice and say “oh my god, I just told you..” honestly, this place doesn’t give the best massages, manicures, or pedicures. I went three times there trying to give a business in town my money and service. The last time they charged me for an adult manicure for my 5 year old and then didn’t offer my money back just an FYI in the future for a free kid manicure. Not even sure they would remember that or how even they would. If you want a good manicure and pedicure or massage they can give you a decent one but you might wanna try your luck elsewhere if it for a super special occasion. Might also be good to call when you have patience for someone’s rude tone or you might find yourself hanging up on them like I did. This will be my last venture here. Off to Hackettstown I go with my money."

"My sister and I came for manicures/pedicures and facials. It was such a relaxing experience and the staff are wonderful!! They even made chai for my sister and I. Would definitely recommend!!"

"I had a massage today with Jamie. It was exceptional! She’s very strong and great at deep tissue however I explained to her before we started that I’d prefer less pressure in some areas and she adjusted effortlessly to keep me super comfortable while still being effective. I booked the 90 minute massage and it was perfect. Coming back for another next week :)"

"My partner and I were positively blown away by this Sussex County GEM. My parents recommended that we go there. (apologies for spelling errors). Solme was able to fit us in for a couples massage. The form was easy to navigate and I appreciate the process. They shared lots of water with us. I can tell they work to maintain a hygienic atmosphere. Jacinda and James took excellent care of us. We were enamored by the high quality professional work and knowledge for a very fair price. What an art. I tipped them extra, and we are looking forward to next time!!"
