"I tried to like this salon. I would go evey two weeks with my 15 yr old and 4 yr old. For manicures and pedicures. I sent my daughter and her cousin there for services, it was my daughter's sweet 16 party starting at 7pm. They arrived at the salon at 10am. ( the salon opens at 10). At 3pm my daughter said they were still waiting. When I arrived to the salon at 4pm my daughter only had her pedicure. Very thick uneven polish not a gel like she requested. Her cousin was sitting under the dryer ( she got a full set) however, the polish was so thin you saw the actual false nail and the nails were not completely polished. I requested the manager but was told they were not there. I asked why they had to wait so long, why were her nails not polished correctly, they said its busy. To sum up, they were not done until almost 6pm, they were literally the last few customers in the shop. When I got there to pay they had the nerve to say three people worked on them ( their way of getting tipped) needless to say no tip was given and we never returned."
"I literally got stabbed in the leg during my pedicure and I got no apology by the manager, no discount or anything… After my soak was done my nail teach went to remove the plastic from the basin with the pointed and sharp utensil still in her hand, She was distracted by talking to her colleagues obnoxiously from across the room and stabbed me directly in the leg with it. When it started to bleed, She tried putting nail glue on it to stop the bleeding I pulled my leg back and told her no and she still insisted on trying I literally had to stand up and say no. I’m not a confrontational individual, This whole interaction made me very uncomfortable. I had also gotten my nails done before my pedicure and just wasn’t happy with that service either, they overcharged me drastically, My nails look as if they are a week old already despite being done only hours ago, there are cuts surrounding my nails from where the tech was trimming my cuticles (again a case of not paying attention and talking to her colleagues carelessly). They need to hire better nail techs and practice better costumer service. One other time before this I had a incident where I was getting my eyebrow waxed and the woman doing them for wax in my hair, At the time I was extremely upset but due to not being confrontational I just left and paid full price with a measly “oh sorry” and that’s all. I later had to have portion of my hair cut out. I won’t be returning after today. Carelessness is dangerous and costumer service is key to any good business."
"For me to come to a nail salon by myself and walk out like my feet are on cloud nine is the best feeling for a guy and finger nails no clear polish. Is a total amazing experience."
"Absolutely love the way they did my daughters nails. She showed a picture of a design she wanted and they did exactly what she wanted. The salon was very clean, organized, a lot of stations available, and plenty of nail colors to choose from. As soon as we came in, we were greeted, but offered all services and serviced. I will coming in myself to do acrylic nails."
"Update: nails (acrylic) are already lifting off of my natural nail. I've never had that happen so quickly. Last photo shows what I mean. I wish I could give it negative stars. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and I swear this is by far the worst full set I have ever gotten. While I don't want to sound rude I have to state some facts.. I understand not speaking English well but if you and staff can not understand anything I say it's a problem. I had to tell them multiple times not to cut pieces off the side of my toe nail they kept doing it. The nail polish was not applied correctly because I was able to see through the hot pink color I chose. Then, I waited for 20 minutes to get my full set because the lady asked if she could take 5 mins for lunch (I get having to eat-go for it. Don't tell me 5 minutes though) after waiting she started filing the leftover gel on my nails and burned me multiple times. She over cut my cuticles til it burned when using the acrylic. Then she put more acrylic on then I ever saw in my life. I told her that I like my nails as thin as possible to be natural looking. I also wanted squoval and she ade them pointy on the corners. They are so bulky. She then hurt me using the drill to clean underneath the nails. I've never been hurt during this process. She did not care and saw my displeased look and thought it was funny thinking I was ticklish.. when I said no it HURT. Then talked in her native language with what seemed to be an attitude. She left my nails chunky, misshaped, and uneven without even offering a discount for how terrible they were. Ive literally never seen anyone file like her. My 8 year files better without exaggerating.. she truly was horrendous. Please stay away from these people. I had 2 different nail techs and my friend had someone else that did her nails sloppy. 3 people all bad experiences. STAY AWAY!"
