"I loved my nail tech “Pia”. She did a super job on my nails. And i’m sooo picky with shapes, colors, and etc. She absolutely nailed my nail inspo - infact she over achieved it! She also did my toes with gel, and it was just flawless! Pia was super sweet. Will definitely come just because of her again!"

"100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! A neighbor referred me to this place, and I must say it was certainly a mistake listening to her. Me (gel mani/gel pedi), my Mom (dip mani) and best friend (full set with gel) visited Jade Nails on Sunday 11/12/2023. We were the first ones to arrive at 10am when they opened. The salon is a bit outdated and cluttered. They only had two people working. At first we all thought things were going well, but then things took a turn for the worse. First complaint: My gel polish didn’t cover the sides of my nails entirely. Second complaint: Not your typical pedicure! My feet were scrubbed with a cheese grater for about 10 minutes and then my legs/feet were scrubbed vigorously with exfoliating scrub for another 10 minutes. I’m surprised I wasn’t bleeding from how rough the young woman was. After massaging my legs/feet, she dried my feet off, and I sat for about 15 minutes. Nails weren’t cut/filed, cuticles weren’t cut….until the second lady came over. She then soaked my feet AGAIN, cut the nails & cuticles then painted them. It’s now Wednesday. I get showered this morning and look down to see my gel polish peeling off of my toe nails. The paint underneath the top coat was super tacky like they weren’t cured right. $90 (tip included) down the drain for me. Third complaint (Mom): Asked the lady to fix the shape of two of her nails and was argued with. Fourth complaint (best friend): The tips the owner put on were not the correct size so they kept popping off. She let the owner know, and she acted like there was nothing wrong with them so she lightly tapped on the tip to show her, and it fell off just like she told her it would. When it came time to pay, she went to use her credit card and was told cash only. Mind you there are signs posted all over the salon that state there’s a $10 minimum for credit card payments and tips must be in cash. Fifth complaint: An older gentleman came in to speak to the owner in the middle of doing my best friend’s nails. They headed to the back of the nail salon and began to quarrel over money I’m assuming because after a short time, they both came out and headed outside. They came back in, she took money out of the register, handed it to him and he said he’d be back in 20 minutes. The guy was super creepy and something just didn’t feel right about the whole situation. Landlord?! Possibly, but it seemed a bit shady to me, and I usually have a good judge of character. If you’re looking for a good nail salon, this ain’t it! I haven’t been to this salon since 2008 and now know why. I will not be back, and I certainly do not recommend this place to anyone."

"I had HAD been going here for 22 years. New owners…..I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The new owners are rude. The last straw was when I called for an appointment. They told me a specific time to come. I arrived on time (as usual) and after 35 minutes when no one acknowledged me I left..that I couldn’t wait any longer and I was told that someone would get to me in 10 minutes or so. I told them I couldn’t but could come in the next morning at 10. No one moved to put me in the book so I left. I called as soon as I got home and told them I’d like to come in at 10 and that I needed to be taken on time. Guess what?? The young girl actually hung up on me! I’m sure she didn’t mention that part! Also-it’s rude to speak to other workers in a foreign language. Reminds me of that Seinfield episode! Too many other places to go !"

"Jades nail salon is absolutely beautiful and clean. Everyone is super nice and they do a great job.I always leave very happy. I’ve been going to Jade for 4 years, she’s the best. I’ll be with her for a life time. Congrats on your new place."

"Place isn’t extremely modern. Fairly clean but could use a little decluttering and better organization. They took me as a walk-in and were nice enough but I wasn’t happy with the end result of my pedicure or gel manicure. It looks & feels like she only did 50% of the job. She barely soaked my hands or feet. Water wasn’t hot enough. She didn’t add anything to the water to soften my feet. Nails not completed covered with polish, you can see bare nail on sides & across the top on my hands & feet. Overall, not at all happy with end result for the money I paid. Unfortunately, I will not be gong back"
