"Went there yesterday it was horrible the manager Ms Michele left me waiting up front for about a good half hour there was no apology for keeping us waiting that is not good manager skills and not polite to the customer at all she could have given me a 10 gift card or something for my patience because me being a manger I would have done that to show my appreciation for the customer waiting for so long or at least apologized."

"The store manager was very helpful and accommodating, which is refreshing because customer service is at an all time low these days which leads me to another point. I made a purchase online only days before and returned some of it directly to the store but they would only grant me a store credit. Apparently if you return it by mail, they'll put the money back on your card but if you return it to the store, saving them on postage, you only get a store credit. What a horrible policy. No more online shopping with them anymore. There is an over abundance of small sizes but not enough medium or large. Why is that you ask, who knows. I wonder who's sitting in the board meetings. I did score a really cute pair of black pinstriped bell bottom jeans though. Happy not happy shopper."
