"This company is a joke. I got a Black Friday offer from Home Depot for a tune up of my heating system but this year Home Depot contracted Comfort Pro for this service. When I got the call from Comfort Pro for the scheduling, they said that the "tune up" was just an inspection and that no actual "tune up" was included. They said they were going to come and inspect the system and make recommendations. Why Home Depot would contract them for this is unbelievable. Last year Home Depot had the same offer but through a different company called Haller Enterprises and when they came, they did a REAL tune up, cleaned my furnace, changed my filter, did an inspection and made recommendations and they didn't charge anything extra other than the amount that was advertised. Top quality service. That's what I thought I was going to get this time. If I could give ZERO stars to Comfort Pro I would for sure do. Please AVOID this company."

During the last heat wave, they responded quickly and installed a system that provides air conditioning and heat during the cold spells. System looks great, and awesome. It has lowered our heating and cooling bills while offering us comfortability you can most definitely feel. "Called this morning expecting to get an appointment in a few days to a week. Tech (Brian) was at my house in about an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable, but that's where the positives end. Updated after several weeks - I asked for their air quality test and the tech was great and picked up the meter and brought it to my house. Unfortunately, the equipment didn't work over the next few days. No one from the company called and let me know. I called in a week later and was told it didn't work. I left a message for their person who handles the air testing and several weeks later have never heard back. Basically paid $300 for a diagnosis, but no remedy. Still have a water heater that back drafts and no air quality test."
