"I got my nails done on 12/30 and wasn’t 100% happy with them. I wrote a review and within hours I was contacted by the manager, Twee, and she offered to fix them. She came in on New Year’s eve AND earlier than their posted hours to work around my crazy schedule. She was so kind and apologetic and fixed them for free! She insisted “I want your nails to look beautiful for the New Year”. She was so nice and did a wonderful job! If you ever have a problem, don’t worry about saying something! Their customer service is amazing! Definitely coming back!"

"Under new management and definitely needed it . There were enough people now to take care of everyone and some in training . Very courteous and new chairs . Could maybe use some fresh paint in some areas but it seemed cleaner and more attention to detail and new polished which is very important as well ."

"I got a full set of acrylic nails by Jennifer and it was horrible. She was super rough with my nails and it hurt! She cut the nails super short (she did ask me but cut them before I could even answer) She also made me bleed a few times. The nails are also uneven and sorta bumpy. Would not recommend getting your nails done here. Maybe it was just the one woman but I will definitely not be going back."
