"Black older bald male employee is always rude also some members act like you’re in THEIR way on a Friday night, today on friday 12/22/24 a young male eastern european foreign male child (must have been 10-12) wanted to ask if batteries are sold in the store, i was next in line, the response from said employee was immediately and without hearing the question was “we’re out of stock”, the child did not hear and stood back to wait to ask his question, i could tell the child did not hear the crude rude and unprofessional response. So when it was my turn I pointed out to the rude employee the boy had a question. This is when the boy asked about batteries to which the black bald rude employee responded “we don’t sell them”. I understand its the holiday season but there’s no excuse for this employees disdain for his job and customers. Every time he’s the cashier i feel like i myself MUST be quick and avoid engaging. Terrible experience shopping here fire this man."

""Coolest Store Ever" when a random crackhead decided to enter inside the store, singing so loud in a similar voice like how Ed from Good Burger sounds like, then berate me and my friends, and just solely exit without even buying anything. Seriously. Ellsworth Place is sometimes a crackhead hotspot. I only bought Mega Candy Buttons, nothing else but that, The store itself wasn't bad except for this incident. There was only one employee handling the checkout. Nothing is really bad in this store, more like a huge selection of leisure and sweets all for $5 or under."

"I saw some really nice items at one of my friend’s place, when I asked, got to know about this Five Below store in the Silver Spring mall. When I first visit this place I was just amazed by looking at the stocks they have. I love collecting animation movie characters, and I was so happy finding Star Wars characters and droids here. The store seriously have very unique collection of toys and useful items. Was very impressed with this store. The store has also very nice collection of graphic T-shirts, jewelry items, some great organizing stuffs, very nice planters and many more useful items. Great store with great items."

"This was my first time visiting this location, and no complaints. The store was clean, well stocked and the associates are nice. I don’t believe I saw anything in the store that was over $5, but I went in looking for one specific thing. This place has a huge variety for a great price."
