"First experience was great tech got good pictures and didn’t rush . I loved it so I came back around 28 weeks . Then it was little different it seemed rushed she only did it for about 15 -20 minutes . Then only got a few decent pictures compared to first time . Both times I got the special which it 130 expected better this time around kinda hurt my feelings with this being our last child and ultrasound. 1/10/2024 got phone call yesterday they would redo my experience and was very apologetic. Had great pictures and Julie was super sweet . Only thing I will say is the front desk worker needs to work on her tone other than that I think this is a wonderful place to get pictures when your baby is cooperating!"

"The lady Sondra at the front desk was amazing and easy to work ! The lady that did our ultrasound her name is Madeline and she did amazing as well. I really recommend this place. It is friendly and very comfortable five out of five customer service."

"This is my first baby and I'm a pretty anxious person, I can't remember if her name was Madelyn or Madison (im horrible with names) but the ultrasound lady was amazing she really took her time and was very personable and explaining everything that we were looking at. She was just really genuine and gave us plenty of amazing pictures of our little guy yesterday! The place was very nice and comfortable very spacious and welcoming! Very impressed! And the heartbeat build-a-bears are sooo adorable!!!"

"Such a great experience! We got caught up in some traffic on 71 and many people from our party was going to be late to the appointment. They were willing to work with us and adjusted the appointment time slightly so everyone in the family can see the reveal. Comfortable seating and great services."
