"Disappointed I heard a lot of good things about this nail salon. However, I was denied service because it was 6:15 and they close at 7. There was 1 worker there and no customers. I was only looking to get a refill. Why say you close at 7 if your not willing to take customers after 6? No nail salon on 5th street does this unless they were already crowded. Truly disappointing"

"My second time trying out fairytale nails and so far so good i like the sisters they are very friendly and kind. Sophia did my toes 2 weeks ago and her sister did my nails love them. Today sophia did my nails as soon as i walked in her sister and her recognized me and it felt good because alot of salons barely remember u or barely talk to u."

"I’ve given this place plenty of chances. Too many. They always overcharge. No where near what’s on the board. They always over overcharge & not by alittle either. When the mother does my nails she charges properly. When the daughters do my nails they overcharge every time. Not consistent. And then when they tell you the total they like to say “just” before they tell you total to try & make you think you’re getting a deal. Example “just $75 for a short square full set w no design. Scammers. No more chances to this places. Also their guy friends are always in & out of the place. Will not be returning."
