Holiday Inn Express Greencastle, an IHG Hotel

"I stopped here to rest to break up a 10 hour drive. I got A++ customer service from someone named Cassandra when I called to check availability and rates. It is so nice to talk to an actual person at the actual property as opposed to an automatic thing or call center. She also brought me my car keys when I left them at the front desk. Excellent service. Nice property. Solid breakfast."

"Very nice hotel overall. Breakfast and room were very good. Friendly staff,convenient location. Pet fee is high($50 for 2 small, behaved,clean pets) Room 101 ,had outside door and stairway door near it and was woken up a couple times during night.(loud closings) Overall a very good hotel, recommend and will probably stay again."

"Nice clean updated rooms. I love that they have refillable shampoo bottles now. Those little ones are so hard to empty, and they are terrible for the environment. The view from the rooms was a beautiful cornfield. Relaxing and comfortable with a warm filling breakfast."

"Very clean, Holiday Inn. Very pleasant staff. This Holiday Inn express opened last 6 months. Well designed rooms using DOVE products in pump dispensers for shampoo, conditioner & soaps. Keurig coffee machines in rooms. Very comfortable beds..lots of pillows. Every thing you need is conveniently available. Breakfast available in a.m. has both hot & cold breakfast items plus juice & good coffee. Fruit choices & cinnamon rolls are warmed & very good. Nothing to not like for your stop over off the highway."
