"I was visiting from out of town. I bought a rainbow bank that was originally $29.99. It was marked 50% off. I was in an extreme hurry and when I was rung up I thought the total amount was high but said nothing at the time as I had bought quite a few items. The prices in this shop are on the high side but the it was a convenient place for me to quickly purchase all of the items I needed. On the way home I finally had time in the car to look over the receipt. I saw I had been charged the full price. I rang the shop and was told that she remembered the rainbow bank and that it had indeed been 50% off. She apologized for the inconvenience and I was promised they could and would do the refund over the phone. I then gave them all of the information. I was very glad for this to be the remedy as I didn't see when I would be able to come back to this area.That was 3 days ago. It took 10 day but the refund did go through."
