"I had knee surgery at South Pointe Hospital Cleveland Clinic. My care was exceptional, especially the nursing out patient care. From arrival to departure the staff made me feel extremely cared for. My needs were always met and the people all seemed very happy in their work; not stressed or distracted which can happen when dealing with medical personnel, especially in a hospital setting. All around great care."

"My medical experience was positive. From the ER team, radiology, the phlebotomist, and the nurses and aids that attended to me when I was admitted. The care of the cardiologist and other doctors was spot on. They listened to my concerns and they explained what they believed was my issues in a clear and concise manner. The entire medical team was tremendously supportive and professional. My only issue was the cleanliness of the ER and the hospital room. The floors were not clean. The bathroom floor in my room wasn’t clean before or during my stay. Additionally, the floors and walls are dated and dingy. Other than that, I had a positive experience."

"Worse experience ever being admitted nurses walking around complaining they don’t get paid enough has to bug them all day to remind then to give me my medicine. Lady next to me got here in the middle of the night pissing and pooping in a bucket so I got nausea all over again. Bathroom conjoined in my room but yet I have to get to and walk into the hallway around the corner to use the restroom. Doctors never came to the floor to talk sent someone else. No one explained the procedure I’m having at midnight. When there’sa shift change they are having a party in the hallways talking loud while we were attempting to sleep. They let the machines beep all night long. Everyone here needs to be laid off except in emergency.I must say some of my nurses were amazing Heather Ania Chelsea I forgot a few names but they took care of me. Doctors that did The procedures thank you Diane and the entire team thank you Vincent and John for transport and lastly Reese very professional and help and knowledgeable. Thanks for the turn around!"

From checking in, to registration, to the Nurses, Physician Assistants, Anesthesiologists, Transporters Surgical Techs, Patient Care Techs, Residents and of course my surgeon, Dr. Bradley! These medical professionals superseded my expectations and are superior! They are very hard working, kindhearted, and compassionate professionals who are very confident, highly skilled and proficient. They provided comfort, support and patiently listened to my concerns.
