"After my experience today with the red headed elderly manager I will never return to this place again in fact I’ll drive across town … as I’m checking out I had a specific question .. being that the manager behind the counter was the person who actually helped me out last time when my walgreen gift card all of a sudden didn’t work and had funds still on it … that same manager was able to transfer them to my points account .. back to today as I’m reminding her she starts to get very loud and yelling that she can’t not do that and I’d have to call company for help (keep in mind this wasn’t my question ) my question was to ask if my point would still pop up today I didn’t even get to ask the question I initially wanted to ask because she was yelling and stormed off into the back where she grabbed TARA …. Tara came outside and heard my story and actually could see the rewards being uploaded like I had mentioned and she was kind enough to answer my question and transaction !!! Shout out to Tara but the other lady that was scheduled today 7/21 at 1240 pm absolutely disgusting and shame on you .. you should not be working with customers let alone answering questions in fact you should be demoted !!! You have no idea what someone going through prior to walking into your store and for you to respond that way was absolutely disgusting"
