"Terrible customer service. Incredulously rude and unprofessional staff, in particular Dennis, who is either the head pharmacist or the store manager. He never specified. He's got a really slick mouth over the phone. It will be interesting to see how slick it is in person when I make my way over there."

"This location would be a zero if possible. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. The management of the pharmacy is downright horrendous and the entire staff completely lacks any empathy for the customers they serve. On top of this they refuse to take any ownership of their mistakes they make. Choosing rather to become combative or tell you to go elsewhere. Your medications will be delayed consistently, you will be told things never were put in for refill. The staff seems completely out of touch with insurance systems and how they work. Completely unprofessional service consistently, no ownership of their mistakes, and a fundamental lack of actual customer service. Choose any other pharmacy that you can safely use or afford as this one will not actually supply you with medication, just excuses for why they dont have it."

"Waiting time is ridiculous. My doctor put in a prescription an hour and a half before arriving to cvs and was told my prescription would take another 20-30 minutes. Theirs no reason why it wasn’t filled before I arrived they were not under staff."

"Very, very helpul staff, both at the pharmacy and in the store. My dad, who passed away in 2019 absolutely loved the people there! They also tirelessly helped me with my mother's many, many, health issues and medications.They never seemed frustrated or annoyed regardless of challenges with insurance refills etc... Finally, the pharmacists are so knowledgeable and always answer questions; in many ways, I feel they know more than the doctors. Love this place!"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst service ever. Had to wait on line twice for dispatch of medication. Asked to step away from line “ out of consideration” to others waiting?” How about consideration towards me! I waited in line patiently twice to then be treated less than others waiting for a medication I need daily for life that has to be brand name to avoid additional side effects. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Took three rounds at the waiting line to finally get a partial dispatch of the prescription."
