"Our pair of dogs have suffered tremendously unnecessarily due to these degenerate vets/staff whom have no proper skill to recognize obvious patterns of symptoms, and clearly cannot respect the pets medical history in order to diagnose properly. They won't hesitate to collect maximum funds for "testing" & they don't do these tests in front of you, so who knows if they're actually getting it done. I've come close to putting my dogs down all bc they forced me to go to a specialist, waiting the wait list as they suffered tremendously. I resent this place!"

"Went to Banfield on recommendation of an acquaintance. I'm 81 yrs old and have pets since I'm seven. This was the worst experience with a vet visit ever. Was told my senior dog was good Quickly got a second opinion my dog has Lymphoma and is very ill and of course dying. This"

"They truly care about ur pet here. They treat them as if they were their own. Amazing team of vets. Incredibly personable and take the time to explain EVERYTHING and answer EVERY question. I am so glad I took my kitten here. And their wellness plans are amazing!!"

"horrible. I prepaid for their "wellness plan" that included my dog's spaying. I asked when I could schedule the spaying they said after 1 year. I stated I can't wait a full year and that my dog gets boarded and goes to daycare(I can't be the only one in this situation and my other dog was fixed at 6 months from them), they told me to go somewhere else. No explanation, didn't even get to talk to the vet. I found somewhere else in 1 phone call and now refuse to refund my money. Update: Paid over $1000 for service, got a few shots, no spay procedure and they say I can get refund of $125. That the services they rendered cost $800plus. They are the ones who told me to go somewhere else. Stay away."

"They always take excellent care of our little fur baby but the reason I deducted one star is they aren’t very respectful of your time. On numerous occasions we have waited very long past our scheduled appointment time. Seems to be a staffing issue here but aside from that they are great."
