"They did a good job. Nice people. You should Be prepared to pay a bit more because I’m sure their rent is very high, but they do a good job and they care that you are happy with it! Update - the nail polish you see in my pic from November lasted more than an entire month (as I was traveling and had no chance to do it)! It is great quality!!"

"If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! I went to Serenity Nails in Dresher for a gel mani. I was there for 1 hour and 10 mins. I picked a light pink color. I was asked if I wanted my nails cut and filed or just filed. Well really? My nails are already short so I tell her to just file them. Well you would think I said to cut them because they are like half the length they were!!! So mad!! I leave and go home and the next day I notice some of the tips of my nails are showing. It was the next day and a gel mani, which should last at least 2 weeks! So I call them and tell them about my mani. I go in later that day. I show them my nails. First the woman blames it on the light color. No!!!, I don’t think so lady!! So I pick another color and she proceeds to remove the old color and do another mani. She was not very gentle when removing the old color. Gabbing me with the metal instrument she uses. So many coats of different things she’s putting on my nails. While she’s finishing up she says, it’s because the other color wasn’t your color. No! My tips weren’t showing because it wasn’t my color! So when she’s done I leave. I get to my car and they still feel tacky even though they were under the light several times. I get home and really look at them and they are worse then the mani the day before. I see white on tips, sides, corners. And the filing is bad! WTH!! I will NEVER go back there again!! It’s horrible! Not sure why anyone would ever go back there!! Not me!! I will not waste another $35."

"Definitely had one of the best pedicures of my life! The lady who did mine was wonderful. She spent well over an hour on the service, at least 20 minutes of which included a leg massage. She paid super close attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. All prices are posted online on their website. I was charged exactly what I should have been. Will absolutely be back!"
