Luxury nails

"Reservations are not honored. Basically show up and hope that you get your nails done before they close. And then I got the worst gel manicure I’ve ever received. Polish started chipping after 12 hours. I left with basically full hands of cuticles and only half of my nails filed. Even when I asked if they could scoop under my nails to clean out dirt I saw it was not done. Sidenote- the bathroom walls look like they have never been wiped. How much can you trust a place that doesn’t even keep their bathrooms clean for their guests. Also, my friend told me that once when she got her eyebrows done they did not change the paper that she laid on. Too much negative to find a positive to go back."

"I’ve been coming to Amy for years. I will travel to wherever she is. I show her pics and she always accommodates and exceeds my expectations . I get so many compliments and I’m always in love with my nails. Amy does amazing nails and we have great girl talk too. Highly recommend"

"I tried the salon a few months ago, went through a few techs. I know I can be particular so I try to extend grace. Found a tech that really got my shape down and smooth shaped nails. Went a month ago refill, pedi left happy , two weeks ago I went back. They asked if I wanted refill and pedi I said no I just have my toes done! That seemed to aggravate them, got my refill done and of course chose same gel polish as toes… well that was it. Evidentally there was a problem with the polish. It wasn’t going on right ( it was bad) well that was clearly my fault the way the tech was aggravated and huffed and puffed and pulled and pushed and twisted my fingers .. mind you I have a tendon issue in my left ring finger so I left in excruciating pain. She could have suggested a color that was close instead she treated me like it was my fault. Needless to say I will not be going back! Ps I did tip well as I always do as I’ve done nails as a profession."

"I recently tried this place due to being new to the area and the Google ratings. I had a good first experience at the shop where I got a gel manicure and pedicure. However, just over a week later, the gel polish on my fingers started chipping away at the bottom. For those of you who get gel polish, you know gel should last for 2-3 weeks with no chipping, especially from the nail beds. I called the shop and was told to come in to have my nails repaired for free yet when I got there the shop manager, Amy, treated me very poorly and offered many excuses to deny responsibility. She insisted the chipping was due to the brand of gel polish I chose which was OPI, that I was mistaken about when I got my nails done, and even told me to go back to my old nail salon. She was persistent about me paying for the repair rather than standing behind her work. Ultimately, she repainted my nails for free but didn't speak to me for the remainder of my time in the shop and was clearly annoyed with me. I would have loved to give this shop a better review yet due to the way I was treated when I had an issue, I will certainly not be returning. Mistakes happen yet there is no reason to be rude to people. I would not recommend as I do not want others to be treated this way after spending money here."
