"I used to come here often but recently have been super disappointed. The vibes are off- no music, no friendly communication, strange interaction/pressing for tips. On my last trip I was short on time & expressed my time constraints multiple times-however they didn’t listen or help out so I had to leave with wet nails which were ruined within minutes. Frustrating & disappointing, definitely won’t return."
"I had a wonderful experience at the salon and will 100% be coming back! everyone was very polite, the service was quick, and I love how my nails turned out! My gel manicure was $35 which is extremely reasonable! Paty did an amazing job, thank you!"
"Although the place itself is lovely, the service was not. I feel they have an implicit bias towards black people or any other people of colour. When I asked about the price of a particular service, and I opted not to get it, they automatically assumed I couldn’t afford it. How do I know? When I was sitting under the pedi dryer, one of the workers promptly asked for my payment, instead of asking after services were rendered (making sure I would not run out of the shop). Then she asked if I was tipping in cash, and I told her “yes”. She then called the woman who served me so that I could promptly give her cash in case I had ideas about leaving before tipping. None of the white customers were treated this way. They weren’t asked to pay while sitting under the dryer, and they certainly weren’t hounded for tips. I tipped the young lady 40% because she was a Latina worker. If they treated me horribly and I was a paying customer, I can only imagine how badly they treat her as an employee I will NEVER go back to them and I would advise others, especially black and brown people to not patronize them as well."
"They don’t scrub ur feet while they do your pedicure. I asked about getting a gel manicure and they said it would be $35 plus $15 for 1 tip bc one of my nails was too short. They don’t have prices posted and the towel they used for my pedicure was crusty as if it was wet balled up and thrown in a corner them once dried picked up and used it on my feet. The customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t be coming back. Ps the picture is after they did my pedicure it was worst before it got wet."
"They charged me $105 for these nails. Never in my life ever paid that much for nails. Their break down was $65 for acrylic full set. Then charged me an additional $20 for gel polish. Then for this “design” which they didn’t even do right, charged me $20 more so basically $2 per nails. I never, ever have experienced this in my life. They wouldn’t even let me see the menu after I questioned the price. The last picture is what I wanted and didn’t get. When I tell you I have never felt so ripped off in my life, I’m not kidding. When I questioned it, they all started talking to each other and not me and then giving me go around about their pricing, felt totally taken advantage of and absolutely mortified of this situation."
