"The lead pharmacy Baldwin meneane is lazy. I came to pick up my prescription and as I was paying, I noticed they had not applied my insurance. When the pharmacy tech - very courteous- told me to verify with the pharmacist Baldwin stated we go on lunch in 5 mins she needs to come back after 2. I ended up just paying for my prescription but he needs customer service training."

"I received a message informing me that my prescriptions were ready for pickup, only to find that they not only did not have the prescriptions in question but they also had my account information incorrect. The staff barely spoke and offered no assistance or solutions."

Anytime I go there there’s always a line, but I don’t mind standing in the line because the team is very helpful and they work hard to get through the line pretty quickly. If I ever go there, and my medication isn’t ready, they always make sure that I can sit and wait for them to put my medicine together quickly so I don’t have to come back. I enjoy my trips to the CVS."
