"The most positive shopping experience I've had in years! We were greeted warmly at the door even though we do not look like the typical (aka wealthy) Annapolis shoppers. I knit so am familiar and love alpaca yarn products. It was total luxury to feel the wonderful alpaca knits in scarves, ponchos, and wraps even in 90 degree heat. We slowly ventured into the back room where coats and wraps and longer garments lived and our daughter found the most beautiful cape in the world. Elaine, the shop mistress, could not have been nicer and more positive with all our questions and comments and hesitancy. We purchased the cape in secret as a Christmas present for our daughter and Elaine arranged to have it shipped. The package arrived today with the sweetest note from her I've ever read. It will be a Christmas to remember, thanks to Elaine and those amazing alpacas."

"While in Park City for a ski holiday, we discovered this wonderful store. The website doesn't do it justice -- you must visit the store to see how beautiful the clothes are. The service and sales staff were excellent. They were very helpful showing us the various ways to wear the scarves, shawls and jackets. When I returned home, I had a couple of questions about my purchases and Zia (the owner) got right back to me each time. I'm looking forward to returning to Alpaca International during next year's ski trip!"
