"I feel like this place does not honor appointments. They say they accept walkins but that’s not true either. Today I had an appointment I was there 5 minutes early. I was told to wait but clearly I wasn’t going to be seen anytime soon. All the pedicure stations were taken up and then the manicure stations were taken up. How long should one wait for a simple manicure with an appointment. I will stick with what I know and continue with Roy and is great service at Diamond spa. If you have an appointment there is no wait. Best Nails do better. You guys suck!"

"The older woman there did not know wth she was doing first off I asked for gel she proceeded to put regular polish on my toes had to wipe it back off to put gel on. Then when she did my nails she didn’t even clean my cuticles my nails look awful it’s already peeled off and I just got them done feb 24 which isn’t even a full week. NEVER WILL I RETURN HERE . I don’t like to act a fool in public so I paid them and left knowing I’ll never come back there again and it’s sad that I’m sure they knew this woman wasn’t skilled to do nails ."

"I have been going here for a few months with my daughter and she usually has a good experience with her refills but the last time we went in they charged us $70 for a refill. That and the fact that when I go in for my gel manicure I always have issues with chipping and hang nails shortly after makes me not want to return. Her $70 refills are also now coming off and the clear polish is now off color less than 3 weeks after. I’m very disappointed."

"They are well staffed so that I never have to wait. I'm out in hour or less for gel mani & pedicure. I drive by many other nail salon just to get here."
