"I have been going here for years and never had a great outcome. The facility is very clean and people are nice, but my gel and dip always falls off within days. I came home after a pedicure this week and noticed that a whole part of my big toe wasn’t even painted. (after paying $3 extra for “long lasting” polish. I got a manicure on Wednesday and by Friday two of my nails already broke off. I wasn’t even doing anything rough. I have never experienced this poor quality at other places only H2O. I want to live this place, because it is so clean, but paying $120 for a service that doesn’t last more than a couple of days is ridiculous. The last time i was there( i had an appointment and took over 30 minutes to be seen, then when i asked for tips on my nails the technician looked at the clock and looked annoyed. I want to love this place, but i just can’t justify going back. (see attached pictures)"

"$90 for a gel mani and pedicure is not in MY PRICE point but hear me out: 1. They accommodated my last minute walk in request and I believe they’re normally appointment based 2. Beautiful, clean and it smelled so good!!! 3. Polite staff So while I won’t be going back because it’s not in my budget, I would recommend them for those who can splurge! Great job ladies"

"I went there for nail. Had dip powder covered the fake nail and gel polish. I went back because I wasn't happy with it. Here are 3 pictures of my nails. At the other day, I fluffed my curly hair and it got stuck with the nail. It pulled and break my hair. The nail tech said it needs to redo it. I left. I leave it up to God for their greedy and haughty spirits. Reap what they sow for the awful treatment and business too. The business will not good in a long run. I wouldn't recommend friends to go there."

"On July 9th I got a manicure that I was told the cost would be $50 for a dip powder because I have soft nails. They did not have the powder and used an overlay instead. Again, I was told the cost would be $50. I also received a pedicure for the price of $35. However when I got home I realized I was charged $100 for the services. When I spoke to them on my next visit I ask for the manager. They said she wasn't there so I gave them my number for her to call me. I never received the call. Today is August 18th and I visited H2O to see the manager face to face. Today I learned the manager was the person that was here the last time I visited on August 4th; and the person that did my sloppy nails, but was told she was not there when I asked for her. They would not give me a refund or a discount for overcharging me (thieves). I have posted a picture of the sloppy Nails the so called manager from H2O painted on August 4th 2021. When asked why I did not say anything when I first got my nails done, I informed the person I was dealing with my son's Memorial as well as other unfortunate matters my life. The so-called manager with the help of her son Kevin said that I was charged $65 for my manicure. However there is not a $65 charge posted for anything on their list of services inside the establishment. I took a picture of the list of services the last time I was there on August 8th. And I took a picture again today. The prices have not changed nor do I see a charge of $65 for anyting. The pictures will show waves lumps and bumps on my nails. Liars, thieves and incompetents that pretend they don't understand English as a cover for their incompetence or mistakes. I do not recommend their establishment for services."

"I’ve been coming here for years and have loved and recommended this place. However I got my nails done last Friday for my bridal shower. I normally get gel but this time I got powder with a design on two nails. I spent $50 and tipped and yet a week later I’ve lost 3 nails. This is completely unacceptable for the price and I likely won’t go back to this nail salon"
