"the lady who did my pedicure, kim, rushed me to pick a color and stood right behind me watching. I wanted white, which surprisingly they don’t have? she then rushed the service and got upset when i didn’t get gel or the special pedicures, i just got basic. the aggressive up selling is ridiculous and the massage was 10 minutes of barely touching my skin, was not even applying any pressure to make it a “massage.” overall i got a color i don’t like and didn’t want and my service was rushed and not even close to being worth $40."

"Have been searching for a new salon that did excellent work, clean and professional. Most importantly, did not pass you off to numerous technicians as soon as another customer walked in. I came here yesterday and was quite impressed. Jimmy did a fabulous job, and I left with the feeling that clients mattered. Jimmy took his time and delivered exactly what I asked for. Massage was so relaxing! Definitely going back. This nail salon is one of Doylestown’s hidden gems. Shout out to Jimmy for a great experience!!"

"I really like the place and the staff. It appears very clean when you walk in. I do however have concerns about their tools. When I get a manicure they are using cuticle scissors, nail files and buffing blocks that have all been used on other clients. They are taking them directly out of a drawer not out of a sterilizer. I am diabetic so this is a big concern. I also recently got my first powder dip manicure. Several times it burned when they were taking my last gel manicure off. They dipped my fingers directly into the powder that others have dipped their fingers in. How do I know they didn't have a nail fungus etc.? The manicure is very thick on my nails and the nails are all misshapen/concave. Looks unprofessional. This is a pricy service and they should look much better than they do. I am disappointed, I really like it there but I think I am going to have to go somewhere that sterilizes their equipment between customers and produces professional looking results."
