"I have two phone numbers associated with my CVS account but when I tried to key in one of my numbers to use the coupons, the store cashiers usually rejected them. They kept saying not the right numbers. Today at check out, Eric noticed that one of my phone numbers was not linked to my account and he fixed it. No one even noticed this issue before. I am grateful for his help, he is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional cashier. I Hope other cashiers are as well-trained as he is."

"Just got of the phone with the person who worked at the pharmacy who is impatient and incompetent. I called to pick up my medication in the silver spring Maryland location instead of CA since I am visiting families. She asked for my information 5 times and could not articulate her questions. After confirming that I needed to pick up the medication at this location, she rudely hang up the phone before I had the chance to ask the timing to pick it up. Not a pleasant experience."

"Most of the pharmacists are rude except for one. When I called with a concern today, the pharmacist was impatient and spoke to me as if I was stupid. I try to deal with them as little as possible and now will be using CVS Caremark to deliver the majority of my prescriptions."

"This pharmacy is awful. The pharmacists are so rude and condescending. Marcia the manager has such a nasty disposition. She needs to learn how to communicate and talk respectfully to customers. I refuse to have her help me with anything from the pharmacy. I don't know who she thinks she is but she desperately needs proper etiquette and training. CVS your not doing your pharmacy any favors by putting Marcia in the manager position. Maybe Michelle from the Bel Pre CVS can give her the correct training. Michelle is a phenomenal pharmacist with a tremendous amount of class and respect. Exactly what Marcia is lacking!!!!"

"This CVS pharmacy has been the worst i have been. I have been trying pick out my medication for 3 days, they always has problems. I waited for 30 minutes on the lane, when was my turn they can attend me because they suppose close two minutes ago, and they won’t even give my medication who my doctor needed to resend couple times the prescription because they couldn’t find on the system, they never tried to help you out, the employee is rude, uncaring, disrespectful. I can not be without my mental health medication. So frustrating with that CVS Pharmacy!! Transferred my all medication to another pharmacy!"
