"The pharmacy department is over run with foreigners who speak broken English in a dialect that is difficult to understand. The techs are not able to give accurate answers on medications that are out of stock either."
"This pharmacy sucks. Never using rite aid as my pharmacy that’s for sure. I have been here now four times. There is different types of answers they gave me for all the times I went. Finally they didn’t even prepare my prescription they scrambled to get it filled while I was there to pick it up. Most of the staff in pharmacy are rude and pompous. Very disappointed."
"My sick, toddlers pediatrician called a medication into a pharmacy that did not have it in stock. I called this location to see if they had it, which they did. I asked if they could transfer it to their store, that’s when they gave me lame excuses saying the other pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone(they didn’t even know which pharmacy my sons medication was called into) then said I needed to call the dr to have them send a new prescription to their store (which I did not need to do). It was obvious the person I spoke with was making up excuses the whole time. Its pretty pathetic how they chose to handle this situation, but reminds me why I stopped using riteaid for my family’s medications!"
"When using the pharmacy, call to check on the status of your prescriptions that your doctor sent in. Don’t assume that the pharmacy will fill them when they receive them…they may or may not. If you have an appointment for a vaccination, make sure you’re not on a tight schedule. Even if there are no customers at the pharmacy, be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes beyond your scheduled time for your appointment to begin."
"Do not use this pharmacy if you have any kind of controlled substance prescriptions or mental health medication. The pharmacist is extremely rude and biased, and has on several occasions refused to fill prescriptions for arbitrary and inconsistent reasons. He also questions us on why we need our prescribed medication. Complained multiple times with no change in service."
