"First and last time going to Rainbow. She was unprofessional. The technicians appeared uninterested in doing the nails. She didn't ask how you want the nail shaped or the color. She chose the nail polish. It was rushed and not done properly. I called about how the gel polish was coming off and how uneven the French nails were done. When I went in Rachel made excuses and wanted to charge to redo it. Then they started talking about us in their language. I would not recommend them to anyone. Good for those who were satisfied with their nails. Never going back."

"Please don't waste your time coming here. I have been coming here for quite some time and every single time you make an appointment and wait hours... I mean hours to get serviced. This place is a joke. They will continue to take appointment after appointment and walk ins and make you wait. I refuse to come back here again. Not to mention they do not do nails very well except the owner and she is always busy and requested by everyone. Be prepared to wait all day if you come here... literally. Absolutely not worth your time!"

"I just went to Rainbow for the first time. It was so clean. The ladies were all very pleasant. I have never done acrylics before and I decided to try it. I was shocked by how good they turned out. Make sure you come with pictures and ideas of what you want and the techs are really good at going off that. I had Coco (I think that is what she said) and she was amazing! I also got a basic pedi with gel and it looks great. Their prices aren’t too steep compared to other salons in the area. I would recommend making an appointment because it seemed like walk ins had to wait a long time. Will definitely be returning."
