Reviews of Eagle Nails and Spa
"Never going back. Racist, rude, got the color wrong, instructions wrong, shade number wrong and my fingers are nicked in more than five different places. Then the tech kept preening into my phone to check the tip. Not worth the cheap prices, save your money and go to the 3-4 other nail salons in the neighborhood."
"I will never be going back to this nail salon. My nails look horrible, it’s the worst they have ever looked. I have polish all around my nails and my nails were shaped uneven. I wish I could get my money back but something tells me if they let me leave the salon with my nails looking the way they do they would not be willing to give me a refund for this terrible job."
"I been coming to eagle since it opened. But lately things have been bad with the wait times EVEN if you had an appointment. I waited for 45 minutes for my terrible spa pedicure with no appointment and the girls next to me WITH an appointment waited around 35. I told Lisa who is the owner the woman who did my toes did not cut my cuticles or even touch the left heel with the pumice stick. Then she washed off the lotion after she applied it for the spa pedicure. My nails were uneven too. After what? 10-15 years of service- no apology and I told her I was willing to pay a regular pedicure price because it honestly wasn’t even worth that- but who is going not pay someone in December a week before Christmas even if the job was that bad….I tipped the girl paid the salon for a pedicure and I’m out. And out forever. It’s a shame, I liked the people there, they were nice. To Lisa, I’m disappointed to have been a good patron for over a decade and how meaningless that is to you. You didn’t attempt to cut the cuticles, you just slapped the paint on. Not a good look."
"I’m so happy with the service and nails I received yesterday. The woman who did my acrylics was so sweet and excited about the design. She did an amazing job. I left with exactly what I had in mind going in. "
"Smoothness: 9/10 Color: 1/10 I wanted a whitish pink but they insisted on dark colors for the bruise on my nail... Shape: 2/10 I had to reshape them after going here. Price: 8/10 they charge extra for coffin shape? Like where? Like who does that? I went here maybe two days ago and they already look a week grown out. When I asked her to rewrite the letter A she started arguing with me about it and called someone over and started talking in a different language and they laughed. That's a terrible way to act in front of someone who doesn't understand the language. They would get frustrated when I would tell them to do certain things and had an attitude about it the whole time. When he was filing my nails he was being so rough that he actually put a burn cut on the finger that I dropped a 30 pound weight on and it made the pain so much worse when they put nail polish inside of the cut they didn't even disinfect it and it got infected. That's the first time I never tipped anyone before because they were so careless and rude. You can definitely count me out for this salon. Don't go here unless you wanna be treated rudely and cut really bad while they file away your skin and create hangnails left and right. The only good thing about it was that they're mostly smooth, the price was good, and the letters on my nails look really good. They have potential but they don't want to improve."
