"Stopped doing my nails to service someone else. They let me know they had to prioritize the other customer because she had made an appointment, and I had not. While waiting, two other clients came in without an appointment as well, and she let me know she would be helping them before me too. I was there for over an hour and a half so I left with my nails barely done. Please do not accept walk-ins if you aren't going to service them."

The most recent, I asked her to correct a previous nail salons rushed work, and she made it look like there were no imperfections. They also offer more as far as nail services than most do.
