"Poor service, poor quality. Hardly worth the price, which was way too high. Nail tech put my friend in foot bath for pedicure then disappeared without a word for over 30 minutes. Later found our she was eating lunch. My manicure polish lasted all of 12 hours before it started to peel. Only went there because my usual place was booked up. Definitely wiuld not go back!"

"Although I enjoy coming to sparkle nails and they have consistently done a nice job their prices have been creeping up from $28 last year to $45 today. The list price for my service was 40 I queried the additional $5 and was told because I had round nail tips It was an additional $5. They have just lost my business."

"Came here to escape my last nightmare nail place and was met with the same disappointing service. The staff is super nice! But with both nail techs I tried they did not listen to what I wanted, making my nails longer than I wanted one on occasion, and just not understanding the concept of the design on the second occasion. I left here both times with polish on the skin around my nail. In the pictures you can see she made my thumb round and the rest of my nails almond. Will not be returning."
