"awful:( ive been going here for 3 years and never had a bad experience. i was in a rush and need acrylics with gel french. i got sat with someone I had never seen before, and by the time she was done, the acrylic was so thick and uneven. multiple techs came over, seemed to be yelling at her for what she was doing. 2 days later, a nail breaks off by doing absolutely nothing. when i called to get them fixed, they told me to come in whenever. i started to notice all of the nails baving major gapping at my cuticles, so when i went in to get them fixed, i expressed that. every single tech came over to press my nails to see the gap. they ended up seating me with the same woman who messed up the first time. there was awkward silence and every 5 minutes, someone new would come over and press my nails or grab my hands to show her what was wrong. they ended up completely redoing my set, still be thick and uneven. when i had expressed that i didnt want to pay full price for a new set, they started blaming me as to why the nails were coming up. and then continued to argue that this time its free but if i come in again i have to pay. i shouldnt have had to worry about that when the problem shouldnt have happened in the first place. will finally be changing salons"

"Don’t bother. Your nails will chip in 3 days and when you go back to get them fixed the owner will argue with you. I literally had the date listed on my calendar the day I went, and she called me a liar. She said it had been two weeks and was trying to charge me for a refill. Super unprofessional calling a customer a liar. I have been getting my nails done for years, I would never go back and expect a free service unless they shouldn’t have chipped that soon! Unreal. I will not be back."

"The best salon I’ve ever been to - and I’ve tried NUMEROUS. It’s over 30 minutes out of my way, but they keep me coming back every time. Vanessa is absolutely incredible. She is the best nail professional I have ever had - and again, I’ve had to try NUMEROUS salons and professionals due to work and relocations. They are clean, have an incredible color selection, and have every service you could want/ask for. They are careful and considerate and I have seen them accommodate so many different clients in various ways. I can’t say enough good things about a Infinity and Vanessa - this place is a hidden treasure."

"I’m surprised by the negative reviews. Was hesitant to give this place a shot because of them, but I get a pedicure with my friend here every month and we have never had an issue. The place is spotless, and they always accommodate our schedules. My feet feel so nice after! I haven’t had any nail work done as far as gel/acrylics but we’ve yet to have a bad experience and started coming here in the Summer of last year."

"Literally the worst nail service I ever experienced! Being a person of color, I felt very out of place and disrespected. I first called on the phone and greeted them in a very nice way and asked if they had an availability. I was in a pinched and need my nails done for a vacation. They told me that I can come in. I went in and instantly felt unwelcome once they notice I was a person of color. The owner spoke to me rudely and told me to have a seat. I brushed it off because I felt that they did not understood how they said it. I sat down to get a full set. The lady named Jenny was very rough and did not speak to me until it was time to tell me the price of the service. I agreed with the price and she proceeded. Jenny cut off my cuticles so rough and I was in a lot of pain. I then kindly told her that it was painful and she insisted that she needed to cut it off for my nails to look good. When she finished, I had no skin around my nails and was in a lot of pain. I was forced to asked her why did she need to take off so much skin and that I was in pain. Jenny told me that I was not bleeding so, I should not complain. I felt so insulted and unwelcome from her tone of voice. At that moment, I regretted walking into this nail salon. However, because I had a vacation I needed something done. Jenny then put on the nail polish and I went to dry my nails. As I was drying my nails, I lightly bump my nails and placed an indent into my nails. I felt so unwelcome that I had to leave with messed up nails and painful cuticles. MORALE OF THE STORY.. IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, THINK TWICE BEFOR COMING INTO AN UNWELCOMING ENVIRONMENT."
