"There were plenty of flu shots available at Rite Aid location this morning, so I could have booked online. Since we had our paper filled out we decided to walk-in. There was a pharmacist we never seen before. She had asked if we had an appointment. We said no. Despite the walk-in sign up, a vacant store, phone not ringing and nobody in line, she refused us. She said 30-45min wait while giving no another solution, so we left. Customer service is lacking."
