"Highly unorganized. I was given bad information from the shipper. I was told not to worry about the delivery time because it's a 24hr operation. My appointment was unrealistically set at the shipper and receiver. I was given appointment times that I could not make. Apparently, driver ELD time is not taken into consideration. At W.B. Mason, had my delivery been water, I was told that i would have to wait for the morning shift to come in. No one would answer the Ring bell after two attempts. I had to climb in through the loading bay to get someone's attention. Then, I was directed to see a supervisor that was out to lunch. The unload was quick, but apparently, there's no system in place to get your paperwork. The guy doing the unloading left my paperwork in the back of the truck and didn't tell me he was done unloading. I discovered the paperwork after climbing in a loading bay door a second time. Poor signage at this facility. Seems as if the sighs are only for the people that work there, not delivery people. Good luck seeing the signs they have at night. Be prepared to use Google translate."
