"I think all their customer service representatives needs to be more co-operative as we are going there to buy products not to waste our time. Waited over an hour for buying a phone. As I needed it badly so had to wait and bought it at the end somehow. A few times needed to call people, one did eye contact, another one just passed by and the last one said help is on your way which took more than 25 mins ...lol...I know servicing to customer is a real challange but we can expect a bit friendly attitude from them/she....By far the worst expereience I had from Best Buy!!!"

"First of all, this is a great store. Everyone is always incredibly helpful and professional. I never feel rushed or forced into making a costly purchase. I can't really think of a time when I needed something and they were out of stock. My issue is really with corporate more than anything. When you call the LOCAL phone number, there is absolutely zero way to get in touch with the local store. You are immediately routed into phone customer service Hell and they actually lied right to me. When my call was picked up, I asked to be connected to the laptop department. I wanted to speak with a specific person regarding a follow-up question after a purchase. I was actually told "he's not available, can I help you instead?" I explained I appreciated it, but I would rather wait until this worker was available and asked when might be a good time. It was at this point after a little more pressing that I realized he wasn't in the store! It was a phone agent somewhere completely different. So I tried again today to see if maybe my previous call occurred during a busy time. Same thing happened. So I finally jumped on a chat from the website and was told there is NO WAY to contact the store directly. So the store and its employees? Awesome. The corporate approach to handling phone requests? Terrible."
