"They were nice but on July 6th I was told that I could pick up my wedding dress on August 3rd. On July 19th at my final fitting I asked if that date was still good and I was told yes. I was also told that it would be $200-$250 for a small hem and a ONE hook bustle + press. I said great. The seamstress went on vacation and said she would be back the 08/03. I CALLED on the 3rd and was told that I could come get my dress anytime. I came in the next day and was told that the seamstress wasn’t back yet and my dress STILL WASN’T DONE. My wedding is on the 12th!!! At this point I’m disappointed and all i received was a “sorry” and “i don’t know who you spoke to”. I FINALLY picked up my dress today and it was $335…. I was like what???? Apparently the quote was a rough estimate. At this point I just wanted to get the hell out of there and just wanted my dress in my hands. I will never recommend this place. Had me in a panic and stressed out during an already stressful time."

"After multiple trips to MB bride and a very poor experience there, I decided to take my wedding dress to Deborah. Deborah did an amazing job at listening to what I wanted and making it happen in the short time frame we had. The dress fit nicely, and I was pleased with the experience, especially after all of the stress from MB bride. I would definitely recommend for alterations!"

"Recently had a bridesmaid dress altered & my daughter's wedding gown. We explained what we wanted done to the bridesmaid dress & our instructions were ignored & the seamstress did what she wanted instead! My daughter's wedding gown had to be bustled & one of the strings could be seen & I found 3 straight pins left in her gown when we were trying to bustle it up!!! Yep, 3 straight pins left in her gown. Not happy customers & would not recommend!"
