"Simply horrible! There is no customer service whatsoever!! I was asked to pick out a color. I was picking 2 colors. Wasn't even a few minutes & she told me to bring the books to the table. She began taking my other gel off while I was still looking for the color. I wanted a specific color but they didn't have it there and I was shocked. It was a summer color and is popular! I had to pick the next closest thing. She then took a pedicure customer cause it was more money & completely left me, waited 10 min, because I was told she doesn't know how to paint designs on the nail! I appreciated her honesty, but don't make me wait 10 min for another technician & not even say anything to me, just walk over to the next customer!! Then had the nerve to ask me for the 2 books back for the customer she took so she could see the books! I wasn't done looking yet!! Was told what I wanted was considered ombre/spray-painting & it would be $60. I said "no, that's too much money". I picked 1 solid & 2 paint designs. Came to $40 because of the 2 painted nail designs. She was good but she was rushing to take a pedicure which was more money for her! I didn't appreciate that. I like to relax & enjoy my manicure and she was rushing to get the next customer. Didn't even give me a hand massage!! They need 5-6 technicians instead of the 4 they had. They need to brush up on their customer service & start respecting their customers for their clientele. Also, they use to have the card were they would sign off after you paid. 5 manicures $8 off, 10 manicures, $12 off. They aren't doing that anymore. Makes me think, why would you wanna come there anymore if they aren't giving you a discount for coming in & patronizing them?! Customer service again! I would suggest they retrain the whole staff!! And fast!!!"

"I got a full set and the technician cut them short (without asking me what length I wanted) and I had asked for rounded... they look like circles. I kept telling her I didn't like the shape and they are too short and she would not fix them. At the end, she told me it was $45 and when I handed her money she said actually it's $50. I said why and she said it's because of the shaping not being square. I told her I was not even happy with them and she never explained the pricing difference but she didn't care. This isn't the first time I've not been happy with them and they don't care to fix it. My nails are so thick and I don't like them at all! I definitely do NOT recommend!"
