"Would give zero stars if it were an option as well. We seen Dr Allen as a second opinion for my lab pups eyes. She scared my PUPPY (less then a year old) into a corner and then insisted that he be muzzled (after zero signs of aggression). She was VERY rough, berating, and rude. Told us he NEEDED surgery in both eyes and after mentioning we had a littermate, without even seeing him told us he too “needed” the same surgery because it’s “hereditary”. We’re told we would receive our quote for surgery via email after appointment and was never sent. I’m happy to report 4 other vets have said that this dog ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT NEED SURGERY. 4 years later my dog is absolutely TERRIFIED to walk into any veterinary office we’ve gone to, I owe all the thanks to Dr Allen. BTW no other vet has EVER even attempted to muzzle him!! If you really love your pets I’d steer clear away from this woman. She created a problem for us that we may never overcome."

"I was here for a meet and greet with my puppy who is going to be boarded while I am on vacation. However, my puppy got sick the day of the appointment. She was limping and another vet told me she only sprained her leg. Dr. Allen was able to catch the Lyme disease that my puppy had. She immediately treated her and did testing. Although this was supposed to be a quick meet and greet, Dr. Allen took her time to fully diagnose and treat my puppy. With her help, we were able to promptly treat her. They even called me the next day to ask how she was doing. All of the staff is wonderful and they all truly care about the patients and their families!"
