"If I could give zero star review, I would my 14-year-old went to get her nails done. They messed them up would not listen to her. She wanted coffin and they did appointed now she ended up leaving. They still charged her and one hand had acrylic but no paint the other hand had absolutely nothing but glue and the start of nails. Just because she’s 14 does it mean they can get over on her? That is not acceptable they are taking a vantage of a teenager. The lady was insanely rude and try to rush her out because the power was being shut off that’s not acceptable in anyway."

"I would give her no stars was serviced for a fill in $70 dollars I had to come back the same day the day before Mother’s Day (Saturday) paint job horrible base of my nail is lifting she told me do not come back because I caused her problems I said I’m paying a service and your not giving me what I asked for take a look for your self I would never spend my money with this lady ever again she very incompetent say she been doing nails for 30years !!!! If so why my nails look like this"

"When I arrived the door was locked…… the owner came out with her dog and walked past me to let it go to the bathroom. She hardly said 2 words to me. She asked if I wanted a refill and told me to go inside. I walked in & it didn’t even seem like anyone worked there or it was even a running establishment….. instantly turned around and walked out. I think it’s time for her to retire the paint brush"
