"Came to this location during my lunch break and there were a sign on the door saying “Break - Be back in 30mins”. I waited over 45 mins and no one showed up. Apparently there’s only one person that works at this location because why would they close the entire store for a lunch break."

"Most of our experiences at this location have been positive. However, I've noticed that the store tends to only have one worker at a time, at least when we go. Today the worker who was there was on the phone while we were in the store, even while we were checking out. She was friendly otherwise, but it's not professional to be on the phone when handling customers. Claire's needs to have more people scheduled."

"Went to Claire's today around 3:00 this afternoon there was a sign on the door that stated I will be back on break in 30 minutes stood there waited until after 4:00 no one still came to the store. Went home called spoke with a very rude representative and explain the situation and also asked her for a product that called miracle lobe and each and every time lately that I have asked for the product it is not been available in the store. She was very rude and un professional and said well you just need to speak with the manager. Extremely disappointed in Claire's and the customer service rudeness and the inefficiency of customer service. Probably won't be returning the store has really gone down .Very dissatisfied long time customer!"

"Got my ears pierced here when I was 11, followed the instructions and they still got super infected and closed. Just got them Re-done at Mr B’s! it’s cheaper and they actually are trained (seriously, look up claire’s employee stories. it’s wild.) and everything was sanitized. (claire’s can’t clean the gun, it will break)"

"Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. Everything was explained exceptionally well, it was clean and the customer service was great. Ari was awesome with my daughter and made her feel so calm! Thank you for making this experience great for all of us."
